My name is Thomas Jackson and I am a Father to two sons. I first became a Father in 2011 when I was just 21. I was always athletic, but this change in circumstance meant my priorities and commitment to exercise had to change.
Since then, I have spent the last 13 years gaining experience, knowledge, and expertise in Health and Fitness. I have not only kept myself in great shape but have also helped hundreds of other men like me and you do the same thing.
